Being hired to shoot a traditional Vietnamese breakfast restaurant was a true pleasure. The restaurant was a quaint and charming establishment, with a focus on authenticity and tradition. Their menu was simple, offering only Quang noodles and beef noodles, but the taste was nothing short of amazing. The dishes were prepared with the freshest ingredients and an eye for detail, resulting in an experience that was as much about the flavor as it was about the atmosphere. As a photographer, I was drawn to the unique character of the restaurant and the quality of the food. I was determined to capture these elements in my shots, and to showcase the essence of the establishment through my lens. The final product was a series of photos that beautifully captured the essence of the traditional Vietnamese breakfast experience. It was an honor to be a part of this project and to have the opportunity to highlight such a special and delicious cuisine.
